Your responsibilities

Provide specialist actionable and contextual guidance across privacy and retention risks to help enable business growth whilst maintaining related risks within appetite

Influence and provide direction to the 1LOD and to ORR teams to ensure they fulfil own roles and responsibilities and manage resilience risk according to the Group’s frameworks and within stated appetite

Challenge and influence to ensure privacy and retention risk specialist advice and guidance is understood and followed
-
Partner with ORR Business & Functions team and 1LOD to identify, measure, mitigate, monitor and report privacy and retention risks
Their requirements
-
A BA or BS university degree
-
Professional certificate in a relevant specialist discipline
-
Good business knowledge incluiding risk and control management
-
High level of data literacy, and awareness of how data is used in banking
-
Preferably, a qualification or certification in data privacy
-
Confident in challenging the status quo
-
Business fluency in English
-
Strong analytical skills enabling development of key insights and evidence
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills to enable development of compelling and logically articulated positions, recommendations and documents
