Job Overview

Our client’s Reporting Center focuses on driving and closing opportunities by identifying and selling the value Celonis that can bring to customers. The team works closely together with Celonis and respective E2E functions to frame, realize and sustain the process improvements initiatives identified within the FSC operations.
This role will be part of the Reporting Center that is responsible for providing meaningful information within the Financial Solution Center (FSC) structure through designing, creating, implementing, reporting, and sustaining overall reporting and analytics programs. This role will work closely with different levels of FSC management and implement initiatives globally. This role will report directly to Reporting Manager.
You will gain experience in executing Celonis projects and being part of discussions with stakeholders and business partners. By creating customer-based use cases, you support the strategic business development activities for global Financial Solution Center (FSC).

What you will be doing:

• Design and develop the technical requirements of Celonis based on the approved Use Case/s business process requirements from the FSC operations, aligned with the Celonis project pipeline.
• Build solutions in Celonis EMS (application tools, reports, etc.) that help end to end functions across global FSC in their daily work.
• Execute proof of projects showcasing the value of Celonis EMS, analyse data & trends to manage use cases and propose for improving opportunities.
• Implement Celonis as a technical expert together with the support of Reporting Center Leader. Play an active role in Celonis solution discussions, influencing the roadmap and user experience.
• Be the point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc data and analytics requests.
• Be responsible for handling the day-to-day admin management of Celonis. Discover pain points while using Celonis and ideate solutions to improve it.
• Support the Reporting Center team in continuously improving the metrics, reporting, advanced and predictive analytics in Celonis.
• Assist the Reporting Center Leader to develop and implement standard ways of working with Celonis.
• Build strong relationships with customers by winning their trust through technical, data mining expertise and be able to act as a trusted advisor.
• Continuously enable their users by providing best practices and tips on tool usage including training, documentation, modelling and implementing business processes as data structures.
• Improve automated data pipeline of extraction, transfer, and load. Maintain system integrations and create re-usable collateral, best practices & tools within reporting centre and feed them back to the regional FSCs.
• Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

What your background should look like:

Must have:

• Good knowledge of Celonis and financial process with practical knowledge of SQL with advance knowledge of MS Office Tools (especially Excel, Power BI, Access).
• Ability to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
• Proactive and solution focused attitude and ability to work under time pressure, able to balance multiple priorities.
• Effective communicator, fluent in English

Strong advantages:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in an analytical / reporting / data analysis area.
• Proven experience with automation / technologies implementation or other improvements.
• Being confident to present to larger and multi-regional audiences.
• Completed degree in higher education (preferably Finance / Accounting / Business Administration).
