About the project
We have a unique opportunity for you to join our Endpoint Protection Engineering team and manage our global Mcafee / Trellix ePO infrastructure.
Your role is to be an expert in products from Mcafee / Trellix suite used in client’s company, ensuring infrastructure meets the service availability metrics. Your expertise will also help u s ensure our end users are delighted with our products and the end user experience is positive, whilst protecting the bank’s assets via deployment of latest security tool sets from our vendor partners.

Your responsibilities

Lead & participate in McAfee / Trellix ePO infrastructure upgrades, configuration, support and maintenance.

Support Operations teams in the troubleshooting major incidents \ complex cases.

Implement new product features.
-
Develop and implement new policies and anti-virus exclusions.

Ensure appropriate documentation is created or kept up to date.

Perform extensions installation on ePO consoles.

Conduct relevant Knowledge Sharing & Training sessions to develop skills of Junior \ Ops team members. Provide guidance to team members onday-to-day basis as required.

Participate in Scrum ways of working.

Our requirements
-
Extensive IT background with at least 3 years of administrating/supporting Mcafee ePO in large enterprise environment.

Deep knowledge of Mcafee/Trellix products: ePO, Agent, ENS, MDE, FRP, DLP.

Knowledge of Windows server and desktop OS (Windows 10).

Experience of working in a high pressure environment, handling critical systems incidents or problems, and dealing with global stakeholders across multiple functions.

Knowledge of Bitlocker/MBAM will be added advantage.
