About:

The GTPM Hub Lead will be instrumental in leading the 3rd Party Risk and Controls Framework, embedding new processes and systems within the team and providing overall accountability and leadership within their respective Hub.
The focus will be to ensuring the build of risk capabilities within the team so that they become a ‘trusted partner’ to their global TEPMs and ensuring that the Hub fulfill all agreed SLAs and KPIs agreed within the framework.

What you’ll do:
  • Support the Global Utility Hub Lead by acting as the local point of contact / interface for the Regional Hub
  • Act as the management interface between the GF/GB and the Hub
  • Work with the Hub Demand Manager to ensure Third Party Risk activities are allocated to the right resources and that actions are taken to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Review of analysis, MI and reporting produced by the Global Hub MI team. Drawing out key themes, trends or risks that could both positively or negatively affect the achievement of the company’s organisational objectives
  • Involve frequent liaison with a large range of stakeholders
  • Influence stakeholders within the business to create an environment of robust, pro-active and risk-aware business operations
  • Work closely with TPM model to align the practices and governance structures to share / absorb best practices
  • Embedding and overseeing the TP Risk procedures and assuring adherence to policies and processes within the Hub team

What you need to have:
  • Extensive management background within a third party risk role preferably within financial services, operating at a senior level within an operational role
  • Prior experience in setting standards/ control frameworks and the effective management thereof
  • Prior Third Party Risk Management related operational risk experience with a financial institution or at a regulatory agency or major consulting firm
  • Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree or demonstration of relevant industry experience
  • The HUB will support global businesses and functions, the ability to have strong written and verbal skills and converse fluently in English is essential
