Dotcommunity is responsible for conducting recruitment processes meeting the needs of our clients.

We gather, collect and process your personal data obtained from legal sources. Please remember that your participation in recruitment processes depends on your consent.

We want the recruitment process, and especially what happens to your personal data, to be transparent and clear, so below we present all the necessary information:

 

WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA

The administrator of personal data of candidates participating in the recruitment processes referred to above as (“Candidates”) is Dotcommunity.

Candidates can contact the Data Protection Officer via email iod@dotcommunity.eu

Dotcommunity uses the Base software http://getbase.com/, where all personal data of the Candidates for the recruitment processes we provide go to, we collect your data there in order to be able to contact you in the future, or indicate that you do not agree to such contact.

We also use G Suite (GOOGLE APPS) in our work. We store your CV here. We do not print anything, we do not store paper documents.

We use Home.pl hosting.

 

WHAT KIND OF DATA WE PROCESS, ON WHAT BASIS AND WHAT FOR

Category 1

Dotcommunity processes personal data of Candidates in the following areas: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number in order to contact a Candidate and show them a job offer. Dotcommunity gathers the above-mentioned data from the sources publicly available, such as, but not limited to: the Internet, social media.
Data processing is limited to the collection and first contact.
The legal basis for data processing covered by this section is Art.6 item 1(b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the premise for the performance of the contract and for the taking of actions necessary for its implementation.
The Candidate’s personal data gathered for the purpose of contact is either registered with their consent to allow further contact or for indication that the Candidate does not consent to it, or it is removed.

The Candidate who demands that their data be deleted agrees to the risk of recontact if their data is available to obtain from public sources.

 

In brief:

We only collect the data you provide yourself. We contact you to ask if you want to receive a job offer. What we do later with your data depends on you.

Category 2

Dotcommunity processes personal data of Candidates in the following areas: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number place of residence, professional experience, education or other personal data voluntarily provided by the Candidate. The purpose of processing personal data of Candidates is to conduct a recruitment processes.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes set out in this paragraph is the consent of the candidate pursuant to Art. 6 item (GDPR).
The data included in this section will be processed during the period of recruitment processes until the Candidate cancels the consent, but no longer than 5 years from the date of the end of the recruitment process.
Proof of the received consent to data processing in the scope provided in this section is the Candidate’s statement submitted in accordance with the clause as below:

“I agree to the processing of personal data that I have made available voluntarily in the recruitment process by the Administrator of personal data, i.e. Dotcommunity Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością [Ltd.] based in Cracow, 15 Żabiniec Street, 31-215 Cracow, registered in Poland, the Cracow’s District Court – Śródmieście, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000468484, VAT number: 9452174499, REGON: 122898937 (“Dotcommunity”) in order to carry out the recruitment process [xx] on the basis of Art.6 item 1 (a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)” .

Personal data obtained in this manner will be forwarded to recipients, i.e. employers offering jobs in this particular recruitment process.

If an employer reserves his anonymity, we will inform you, and you will have to decide whether you agree to share your data with an anonymous entity.

 

In brief:

Your consent in accordance with our clause will allow us to process your data, including forwarding it to a potential employer. The consent can always be undone.

Category 3

Dotcommunity processes personal data of Candidates in the following areas: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number place of residence, professional experience, education or other personal data voluntarily provided by the Candidate. The purpose of processing personal data of Candidates is to conduct future recruitment processes.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes set out in this paragraph is the consent of the candidate pursuant to Art. 6 item 1 (GDPR). The data included in this section will be processed during the period of recruitment processes conducted by Dotcommunity matching the Candidate’s profile and until the Participant cancels the consent, but no longer than 10 years from the date of obtaining consent for data processing.

Proof of the received consent to data processing in the scope provided in this section is the Candidate’s statement submitted in accordance with the clause as below:

“I agree to the processing of personal data that I have made available voluntarily in the recruitment process by the Administrator of personal data, i.e. Dotcommunity Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością [Ltd.] based in Cracow, 15 Żabiniec Street, 31-215 Cracow, registered in Poland, the Cracow’s District Court – Śródmieście, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000468484, VAT number: 9452174499, REGON: 122898937 (“Dotcommunity”) in order to carry out the future recruitment processes on the basis of Art.6 item 1 (a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)”

Personal data obtained in this manner will be forwarded to recipients, i.e. employers offering jobs in the future recruitment processes.

If any of the future recruitment processes is anonymous, we will inform you about it, and you will decide whether you want to take part in the recruitment nonetheless.

Your consent in accordance with our clause will allow us to process your data in the future recruitment processes.
The consent can always be undone.

 

WHO WE DISSEMINATE YOUR DATA TO

Your personal data provided to us voluntarily, especially this included in your CV, but not only, will be forwarded to the employer who has a potential job offer for you.

If your employer wants to process your personal data himself, he will ask you for permission.

Dotcommunity is bound by contract with the employer regarding making personal data available for recruitment purposes in line with the GDPR.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

The Candidate has the right to access his/her personal data, rectify it, remove or limit the processing and the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data and withdraw the consent to process data.

The withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legality of the processing which was made on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.

The candidate has the right to lodge a complaint against the lawful processing of personal data to the supervisory body in the manner and on the terms provided for in the Polish law.
