Your responsibilities
Manage the deliverables for Global Risk Types and Regions, facing off to key stakeholders including CRO and the BCBS 239 Programme
Implement Project Governance / Status Reporting.
Coordination with other Risk types and Regions.
Facilitate Mapping milestones to KPIs.
Implement the Change Framework across all plans and process, embedding this into deliverables.
Manage Utility deliverables and the Book of Work to meet project timelines.
Check evidencing compliance on closure of milestones to the level of passing the Challenge and Assurance forum.
Management of Reporting into Risk Data Forums.
Managing Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies.
Manage the Report & Data effort and attestation processes artefacts and controls.
Face off to the Utility in regard to enhancement or correct implementation of process.
Manage the build and refine the artefacts required to deliver the refreshed Controls.
Implementation of data/process lineage tooling – requirements, socialising and prioritization.
Stakeholder management within the allocated Risk Type and across the functions and business.
Requirements
Knowledge of BCBS 239.
Knowledge of data governance.
Relevant working experience in a bank, rating agency, consultancy or advisory firm (5+ years).
Project Management Experience (5+ years).
Open personality with effective communication skills.
Strong data interpretation and analysis skills.
Writes clear documents.
Manages self to deliver own work within timelines.
Work with colleagues and key stakeholders in an international team.
Ability to organize presentations, trainings, workshops.
University degree in a numerate subject.
