Senior Data Analyst (Product Growth)

The candidate will join the company which provides an educational platform for children. They help students with homework, expanding knowledge and popularizing access to education.

For Our Client we’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a Growth mindset. As a Senior Data Analyst Growth, you’ll play a key role in helping the team grow the number of students that use social Q&A product to learn and achieve their goals!

Reporting to the Director of Growth, you’ll own and lead insights and Metrics framework for the Growth organization supporting product and operational teams focused on developing best-in-class products, tools, and features that can scale user acquisition rate, increase retention and engagement of user-generated content.

They use an in-depth understanding of students to build a strategy and validate it with data, experimentation, and analysis. A passionate student focus and an eye for executing the details are vital. They take on many ambitious problems, requiring artificial intelligence and creative user experience design to handle a wide variety of user-generated content.


  • Constantly collaborate with the Principal Data Analyst on defining and implementing Data strategy for growth of core product
  • Help Key Growth teams build a common understanding of who users are, how they use the product and how the company can acquire and engage them
  • Work with the Sr. Product Manager on identifying key opportunities for product growth and verify the effectiveness of introduced changes
  • Build a measurement framework for the Growth team
  • Own and model the traffic forecast for Web and App platforms
  • Monitor Traffic and engagement performance and measure how the product changes affect it
  • Ensure a healthy growth by supporting the internal and external product marketing efforts with relevant goal-setting and performance tracking
  • Support the process of AB testing features or campaigns by choosing the right metrics to optimize, set up the tracking, analyze the results and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with Engineers on tracking specifications, making sure they’re built according to our standards
  • Work with Data Analysts and Data Engineers supporting other pillars of the Growth organization on a daily basis to ensure data quality and goals alignment
  • Design experiments in order to define untapped opportunities that can deepen acquisition and engagement to social Q&A product
  • Transform data insights from our visitors and active users across platforms and on a global scale. And come up with actionable recommendations


  • Working on huge product and creating analysis from scratch
  • Help Product Manager to identify new, long term indicators for product growth and success
  • Cooperation with other data analysts to make sure about data quality across all the areas related to product
  • Care about user behaviour and feedback


Experience and skills:

  • Required
    • 4+ years of experience on a data/growth/marketing analyst position
    • Experience with data driven product optimization (optimizing funnels/websites, marketing channels)
    • Experience with designing and analysing AB tests
    • Working knowledge of SQL 
    • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics/Amplitude/Mixpanel
    • Excellent data presentation and visualisation skills
    • Google Sheets/Excel proficiency
    • At least basic knowledge of statistics
    • At least basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager
  • Preferred
    • Experience with internal and external campaigns tracking (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
    • Experience in using BigQuery for raw Google Analytics data processing and analysis
    • Tableau or other data visualisation tool
    • Strong understanding of best practices for SEO, experience with Google Search Console
    • Python/R
