(Payments) Reconciliation Analyst – Russian Speaker

The candidate will join one of the largest banking institutions in the world.


  • Complete reconciliations of all accounts on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
  • Proactively identify issues and escalate accordingly
  • Complete investigations and resolution of outstanding reconciliation variances on a timely basis
  • Effective and constructive cooperation with Business Partner;
  • Verification and reconciliation of the General Ledger & Nostro accounts
  • Ensure that quality and productivity levels are achieved all times as per the standards set for the processes;
  • Support achievement of team objectives
  • To resolve any issues with the relevant business teams in timely manner
  • Ensure close liaison, and build good working relationships, with relevant team’s managers across a wide range of areas throughout the organization.
  • High quality of service provided- make sure that performed activities do not contain errors;
  • Proactively escalate to the Line Management any issues / transactions that would impact customer, other operations, or potential loss to the bank
  • Be responsible for timely escalation of any operational matters
  • Follow the controls and procedures for all activates completed within the team as advised by the Team Manager
  • Ability to learn new IT systems and processes
  • Carrying out the reconciliation process in accordance with instructions included in FIM
  • Verification of accuracy of resulting calculations
  • Issues / problems are investigated or resolved immediately or escalated to Line Manager.
  • Be responsible for timely identification of operational risk
