As a PMO Manager you would

  • Establish an effective and inclusive ECM Governance framework.
  • Work seamlessly with enterprise delivery, control and operational functions on regulatory and legal obligations and the governance framework.
  • Understand the impact of Governance process on others and consult widely with those before introduction of new process and policies.
  • Ensure there are appropriate levels of governance which can be scaled efficiently for differing sizes and complexities of enterprise initiatives.
  • Refine and own the Change Control process and work closely with Project and Portfolio on distressed projects which have wider impacts.
  • Create and maintain a reporting cycle for all projects.
  • Monitor Health , incl. how RAG , Risk & Issues are being managed and updated.
