PMO Manager

Your responsibilities
  • IT Associate PMO Manager will act as the liaison among the Finance, PMO, Delivery, Engineering, Project Management & Business Management teams located across the world. Person will be responsible for recruitment related actions across Wholesale IT GTRF globally, project finance and invoicing maintenance, maintenance & reporting as well as data deep-dive analysis & system feeds.

  • Close Cooperation with Business, Finance, PMO teams to ensure quality of data and its alignment

  • Taking part in resource hiring process for GTRF Globally, collaboration with local PMOs and vendors regarding on-boarding related cases.

  • Contract validation for Change Control and IT Cost Management. Collaboration with Cost management on new contracts, requirements, changes and approvals. Approvals sharing with the Stakeholders.

  • Collaboration with Project Managers on contract attributes to support on time approval processing. Contract Status Tool checks and follow ups with IT PMs on status updates on a timely manner.

  • Timely updates of system feeds and sharing with stakeholders on a timely manner

  • Demonstrated business knowledge, such as experience in invoicing maintenance. Invoice tracking and vendor data attributes validation to enable on-time processing. Collaboration with IT PMs on approvals.

  • New vendor enrolment process maintenance to enable on time processing from contract initiation to invoicing perspective.

  • Management of any day to day activities & Ad-hoc request, including:

  • Resource hiring process maintenance for Wholesale IT within the Department Service Line

  • Contract tracking tool maintenance and end to end process maintenance

  • Managing and updating process documents and information sources. Sharing process updates to the users on a timely manner. Running training sessions as required.

  • Invoice process maintenance and tracking

  • Preparing at hoc reports

  • Risk and issue monitoring and flagging.

Our requirements
  • Experience in Project Management Office or related functions

  • Strong Excel skills including Pivots

  • Experience of Trade would be a strong advantage

  • Fusion familiarity would be a strong advantage in the area of TPS ID creation and invoice validation

  • Strong communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English

  • Strong presentation, summarization and analysis skills in terms of project management reports, progress, RAID etc.

  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude, detail-oriented and self-motivated

  • Strong ability to analyse the data. Focus on details

  • Ability to track simultaneously a complex range of tasks/cases
