About the project

We are looking for a Creative Manager to join our design team focused on Cybersecurity to create a better experience for our global network of employees. The apps we support include dashboards, data visualization, Confluence and SharePoint for all functions within cybersecurity.

If you are someone who have proven experience in web content development and management experience, who can create impactful, targeted creative that resonates with the audience, we would be excited to hear from you!

Your responsibilities
  • Designing, building and maintaining all our SharePoint and Confluences pages.

  • Preparing visual materials for Cybersecurity stakeholders and wider Cyber community.

  • Creating wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes.

  • Distinguishing between feature requests and design revisions from user goals and objectives.

  • Collaborating with communications/creative team for journey maps, personas, and usability testing.

  • Partnering with product and development teams to launch solutions that balance business, user, and technical priorities.

  • Presenting your designs with expertise and rationale while advocating for end users.

  • Working on multiple projects with various levels of UX engagement, timelines, and expectations.

  • Identifying opportunities for design and process improvements and drive their implementation.

  • Operating with transparency and consistency in the relationships with the key stakeholder groups. Build an effective working relationship with Control Owners as well other Cybersecurity functions.

Building partnerships with local and global teams.

Our requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a UX/UI, graphic design, or related field.

  • Experience in working with large corporate brand.

  • HTML and CSS knowledge is a must.

  • 5+ years in the UX Design / graphic design field.

  • Experience with:

  • Confluence

  • SharePoint

  • PowerPoint

  • Photoshop

  • Illustrator

  • InDesign is mandatory.

  • The candidate must be comfortable interpreting and adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.

  • The candidate must be familiar with user centred approach / design thinking methodology.

  • The candidate must have a proven experience with senior stakeholder management.

Optional
  • Experience with DataViz.

  • Experience in consuming REST APIs and utilising JSON for web applications

  • CI/CD – tools such as Jenkins, Nexus

  • Knowledge is desirable, but not essential in the following:

  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure and GCP

  • Agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban

  • The candidate should be comfortable writing user stories, managing workflow and prioritisation.

Working with SharePoint forms and workflows would be a plus.
